If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a rescheduling fee of $50. This fee is not credited towards your next appointment.
To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Guest will have a 15 minute grace period, after which, may be subject to a “late fee” applied to their service. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and asked to reschedule.
If you do not show for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the missed service.
To protect clients and staff, we reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.
We ask that all scheduled guest, please, refrain from allowing guest who are not being serviced to accompany you at your appointment.
We encourage all guests to book future appointments at their last appointment. Guest are allowed to rebook up to 90 days from current date.
